Shipping Policy

Delivery timescales will vary depending on the availability of products and your address. We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days of the date on which we accept your order. 

At the moment, we only offer delivery within the UK, not International shipping. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you're pleased with your order and won't have to return or exchange. However, our returns policy is created to ensure that if you do need to it is a stress free process.

At the moment, we offer exchanges only. 

If you need to exchange any of the Gym Queen products, please first send an email to enquiries@gymqueen.com or a direct message on Instagram @gymqueen_

Your order will be accepted for exchange if returned in an approved and saleable condition within 14 days of receiving the order. Item's returned back for exchange must be free from make-up and all stains. Returns will not be accepted if items have been washed or altered in any way. 

Please note: All sale items are final sale, they cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of postage or delivery has been obtained. However we will do our best to resolve the problem for all our customers.
